THE POVERTY BAY MURDER.

♦ [BY TBLEOIIAPH. — PKKSS ASSOCIATION.] Gisborne, Thursday. Thk four native prisoners arrested, charged with murdering a native man and woman, were brought up at the R.M. Court and remanded for eight days. At the inquest, a verdict of wilful murder against some person or persons unknown was returned. A great deal of evidence was given at the inquiry, which connects some of the prisoners with the deed. Wellington, Thursday. Twenty-five pounds reward is ottered for information leading to the apprehension of the Poverty Bay murderers.
