Alexandra v. Paterangi.
The return cricket match between the Alexandra and Paterangi Clubs wan played at Alexandra yesterday in the Government paddock, the mutch .resulting in a victory for the visitors by 32 runs. For the local toam it must be said they were principally composed of young blood, mere schoolboys, as the members of the original club are few, having left the district. The visitors were also short of numbers, several of their men having to attend the cavalry inspection at Te Awamutu by Miijor-G-eneral Sir George Wliitmore. The following were the scores:— PATERANGI.
