[UKOTEK'S TELEGRAMS.] Sydney, January 8. It is stated that if Mr Dibbs does not resign the Colonial Secretaryship Sir P. Jennings will, on Monday next, tender to the Governor the resignation of his Government as a whole. One of the small-pox patients at the quarantine ground has died. Adelaide, January 8. Received January 10;h, 12 20 p.m. Melbouhne, Monday. r I he Government have received a telegram from London, stating that a Colonial Conference is expected to assemble there on the Ist. of April or during the last week in March. A meeting of the Cabinet will be held on Tuesday next, at which the Victorian delegates to the Conference will be finally selected. Sydney, January 10. A fresh case of smallpox is reported, making in all 104 cases at the quarantine station.
