WRITTEN TENDERS will be received up to 2 o'clock p.m. on FRIDAY, the 17th inst,, for the following works in the Rangiriri Riding :— Contract No. 7.— Earthworks and Fascining on the Matahura road . Contract No. B. —Building a Bridge 10ft. span, Earthworks and Culverts on the liver road, Andersons towards Churchill. Contract No. 9.— Formation, &c, on main road between Meremere and Paetae. Specifications, &c, can be seen for No. 7 at the Huntly Hotel, and for Nos. 7, 8, and 9 at Mr Gerrand's Post-office Store, Rangiriri, and for the whole at my office, Hamilton. Address tenders, "The Clerk Waikato County Council, Kirikiriroa," and mark outside, " Tender for No. 7 (8 or 9) Contract." The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. T. G. Notice is Heki:by Given that Mr DENNIS LEES has been APPOINTED DOG REGISTRAR for the above borough, and that the Registrar's Residence, viz., Firth-street, Hamilton, is the place appointed for the Registration of all Dogs of the said borough. OOROUGH OF HAMILTON. Appointment of Ranger.

Notice is hkreby given that MR DENNIS LEES, Firth-street, Hamilton, has been duly APPOINTED RANGER for the above Borough, and that in future cattle and horses found straying at large on the roads or streets of Hamilton, between the hours of 0 p.m. and 6 a.m. during the summer months from October to March, and the winter months from April to September inclusive, will be impounded by the Ranger. TTAMILTON DOMAIN BOARD. Notice is hkreby given that the exclusive USE of the RESERVE known as Sydney Square, Hamilton East, for Wednesday, the 29th December instant, is GRANTED by the Trustees to the Hamilton Annual Sports Committee for the purpose of holding their Annual Sports, and that such committee has authority to charge for admission on that day as follows :— ls for each person, and Is for each horse or vehicle. Any person who shall enter the said reserve upon that day without having paid the advertised charge shall be liable to a penalty of not more than 20s which may be recovered in a summary way. J. M. Notice is Hereby Givek, that the exclusive USE of the RESERVE known as .Sydney Square, Hamilton East for Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th December instant, is Granted by the trustees to the S. Peter's Fancy Fair Committee, and that such committe has authority to charge for admission on that day as follows, Is for each person, and Is for each horse or vehicle. Any person who fehall enter the said reserve upon that day without havinß paid the advertised charge shall be liable to a penalty of not more than 20s, which may be recovered in a summary way. J. M.
