(Received December 3rd 1 15 p m ) London, December 2. The Irish Executive has issued a proclamation prohibiting summoning meetings called with a \iew to intimidation re rents. The Times, in a leading article to-day on the state of Ireland urcres continued firmness on the part of the Government in the enforcement of respect to the Uw, and believes that by such firmness the struggle now proceeding will be shortened.
