DE Freyoinkt, Premier, stated in the Chamber, to day, that France was not affected by the Bulgarian difficulty beyond the general interest of the powers in preserving Turkey and the balance of power. Re the Mediterranean Question, ho stated France could not allow any foreign power to be wi-tress thero, The Government, he aaid, had urped upon England the necessity of an early settlement of the Egyptian question.
