Wier.UNOToN, Monday. A chahok of ns-ault by Goldsmith, a wellknown commission agpnt, against Mr G. Fi»herM.H.R., for ordering him out of a room in which a private meeting was being held by the shareholders in Terawhiti Mining Company was being heM, came up at the court today. The Bench disnm<ed the case, saying it was a most trivial affair which ought never to have come before them.
