[KKUTBK'h TELK(JRAMS.] London, November 18. Actinc under advice of Mr Dillon, M.P. for E.ist M.iyo, five hundred tenants in Lord Clanricarade's estate in Gal way have refused to pay rent. The Times to-day publishes a report that Sir K. Hamilton, the Undersecretary for Ireland, will shortly be removed from Dublin Castle, owing to his Nationalist tendencies. November 19. It is announced that Sir R. Haniiltor will resign the Under-Secietaryship at the end of this month. November 20. It is announced that Sir R. Hamilton, Under-Secretary for Irel.md, has been appointed to succeed Sir G. C. Strahan as Governor of Tasmania.
