At the R.M. Court to-day the only important case was F. A. Pavitt (for Piako County Council) v. Robeit Mackie, in which defendant was sued for obstructing a drain in Whitaker-street, Te Aroha. A line of 10* was inflicted on defendant, with costs, £.1 Us.
A sale of le iseholds in connection with the Hamilton Domain Board will be held on the 27th inst.
