The sitting of the Hungarian delegation took place to-day. Count Andrassy, m hi.s speech, strongly condemned the admission of the fact of an alliance between the Emperors of Austria, Germany, and Russia being taken into consideration as a means of settling the Bulgarian difficulty, as it would be opposed to the interests of Austria. Count Kalnoky expressed concurrence with this view, and declared that Austria must uphold the autonomy of Bulgaria. Russia, he added, has no special right in regard to that country.
