Sir Graham Berry had an interview today with the Secretary of State for the Colonies with reference to affairs in tho New Hebrides Mr Stanhope expressed himself as positive that an early settlement would bo arrived at. He stated that a blue book, containing the correspondence which had passed between the English and French Governments relative to the New Hebrides, was nearly completed, and would be ready for publication at an early date.
