PATERA NGI CHEESE FACTORY.

Mr Win, Mackay was voted to the chair, and called upon the secretary, Mr Millar, to read the report, which stated th.it 44,3">"H gallons of milk had been supplied during* tho t-eason, which had produced 1003 Urge cheeses and 4G small ones. Of lhe->e 138 larere cheeses and five small cheeses were still in the factory unsold. The milk suppliers would receive another id per gallon, making 3\d per lOlbs of milk. When I took over the books I found they lud been \ery carelessly kept, and as books so kept are generally incorrect, I soon found out something was wiong. I laid the matter before the directors, and suggested the books should either be re-written, or I should have clerical assistance to aid mo to ferret out the error, a,5 I had not the time to do f-o alone.
