I BY TELEGRAPH— OWN CORUKSPONDKNT.] ALKXAJfimA, October 20. Thk court gave judgment to-day ou a largo block in the King Country known ah Kohepotae, which had been before the court at Otorohanga. The decision, which was a long one, was received with the greatest attention. A large number of natives were present. The natives who were decided in favour of were Ngatimamapoto, Ngatiraukawa, Tnwharetoa, Wanganui and Ngatikairo. The chief Tumuhuera- was awarded 2000 acres out of the block, and Mihi Pepene and her people 2000 acres at Kaipiha. The court is still open to receive the names of the various hapus representing successful claimants.
