RUSSIA'S ULTIMATUM. (BY TELEGRAPH. -COPYRIGHT.)
[reutkii's telegrams.] Sofia, September 23. General Kaulhar, who h.jH arrived in this city, has presented an ultimatum to the Regency, demanding an adjournment of the elections for the Grand Assembly ; also, that those persons who have been imprisoned for complicity in the arrest and deposition of Prince Alexander, shall be released forthwith.
