THE LATEST. THE REGENCY DEFIES THE CZAR. (Received September 22nd, 3.15 p.m.) Sofia, September 21.
The Russian Government have urged the postponement of the trial of those implicated in the deposition of Prince Alexander. The Regency has, however, declined to interfere with the course of justice, or to await the arrival of General Kaulbars, the newly - appointed Russian Agent, to Bulgaria.
