BOYCOTTING PRINCE ALEXANDER. [BY TELEGRAPH-COPYRIGHT.] [PRESS ASSOCIATION.] London, September 20.
The Standard to-day publishes a telegram from its correspondent at Sofia, stating that the Russian diplomatic agent in that town has threatened the suspension of relations between the Russian and Bulgarian Governments if those persons concerned in the arrest and deposition of Prince Alexander are punished. Russia refuses to admit the idea of Prince Alexander's return to the Throne of Bulgaria. The National Assembly has adopted a fresh address, in which is expressed a hope for Prince Alexander's speedy return. The great Sobranje has been convoked for October 18. The Bulgarian Regency propose to elect a Russian nominee to the Throne if the Powers will agree.
