Constantinople, September 13. The Bulgarian National Assembly meets to-day, in accordance with the summons of Prince Alexander. A meeting of the Deputies who were nominated by the Sovereign has been held, when it was resolved to combine to avert any foreign occupation of Bulgaria, and for the purpose of securing the return of Prince Alexander.
