London, September 10. The cricket match Australian v. a Lendsboro team, was continued at Scarborough. The Englishmen, who yesterday lost 3 wickets for 266 runs, resumed their innings, which cloßed for a total of 558. Bates contributed 53, and Flowers 82. The visitors then commenced their first innings, and when the stumps were drawn for the day, had lost 3 wickets f«r 77 runs.

London, September 9. The match, Australians v. the South of England, commenced at Brighton to-day, the weather being cold and inclement; the attendance consequently was small. The home team was composed of W. G. Grace, Shrewsbery, W. W. Read, Abel, G. G. Hearne, A. Hearne, Humphries, Lohmann, Phillips, Maurice Read, and Wootton. The visitors who won the toss elected to bat, and succeded in compiling 207 runs for the loss of nine wickets, Giffen, 1.b.w., 52, and Jarvis, not out, 45, being the chief scorers.
