HAMILTON DOMAIN BOARD.

The usual monthly meeting 1 of the board was hold at the council chambers last night. ] 'recent :— Messrs W. A. Graham (chairman), Jones, Barton, Yon Stunner, Bell, Scott, Tippen, Edpecumbe and Doy.

Tknpkks for I)k\inygk.— The following tenders for a drain from the railway station, Hamilton West, through domain allotments, were opened :~ John DeesMn, £115 ; E. Wilson, t'S3 14s fid : E. C. Martin, £107 V.h ; G. Brown, £120 ; J. Murphy, t<».~> 5s fid ; H. P. McPher«on, £80 l.« ; Dixon and Crawford, £71 13s 4d. The tender of JDixon and Crawford, being the lowest, was accepted. The following tenders for the supply of pipes for the above drain wore opened :— U. Y. Vesy, 12in. 2s 2d each, Uin, Js od. ; Jas Ryburn, 12m, 2-> Sd, !hn, Is Sd ; Carder Bros., ]2in, 2 3d, Urn, Is 6d. The first named mentioned nothmtr about delivery, the second agreed to delher at Hamilton, A\hile Catder Bios.' pi ice was for delis ery at the Auckland station. It was agreed to accept the tender of Mr Vesy, to whom it was directed that a copy of the specifications be sent.
