SAD DROWNING CASE. [BY TELEGRAPH.- PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Christchurch, Thursday.
A young man named Taylor, aged 19, accompanied by his father, Win, Taylor, sen., was proceeding t» Charteris Bay this morning, when th« boat tilled and sank. The younger man wa* drowned. The unfortunate younj? man was a pupil at the Lyttelton borouKh school, and afterwards at the Normal School, Christchurch. He had just been appointed to Charteris Bay school.
