(1) That the Waikato Cheene aud Bacon Factory Company be wound up voluntarily. (2) That Captain James McPherson be appointed liquidator at a remuneration of £10. (3) That the liquidator be instructed to dispose of the property and business of the Company on such terms as will secure that the Shareholders will be relieved from all further liability on pay* meut of the 13th call.
