Plan of the above may be seen at the residence of the Clerk, Post-office, Okete. A MEETING of Ratepayers of the above district will be held at the board room on the second day of October, 1886, at 3 o'clock p.m to close aforesaid road or otherwise. It is hereby publicly notified, that upon informations laid SUMMONSES have this day been ISSUED in the R.M. Court, Te Awamutu, against each of the undermentioned owners of allotments in the Town of Kihikihi, in respect of breaches committed by them respectively of tho Public Works Act 1882, Amendment Act 1884, section 15, and of the Public Works Act 1882, Amendment Act 1885, section 18, viz.: — GEORGE ARGUE, owner of Allotment No. 201, Town of Kihikihi. THOMAS RUSHFORTH, owner of Allotment No. 311, Town of Kihikihi. GEORGE SLATOR, owner of Allotment No. 203, Town of Kihikihi, aud MATTHEW VAUGHAN, owner of Allotment No. 299, Town of Kihikihi.

The summonses are returnable at the Resident Magistrate's Court, at Te Awamutu, aforesaid, on Thursday, the 9th day of September, 1886, at the hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon. The said George Argue, Thomas Rushforth, George Slator aud Matthew Vaughan are hereby required respectively to produce to the said Court at the hearing of such summonses, the several orders to remove gorse, &c, which were served on the said respective allotments.
