Tiik cricket match Australians versus Sussex was resumed at Brighton today. The Englishmen continued their first innings, which closed at 3.">'2, F. M. Lucas (not out, 93) being the principal scorer. The Australians, who were 1.">2 behind their opponents in the first innings, went in for their second innings, and at the conclusion of the day's play seven wickets were down for 300. Scott (caught, 43), Palmer (caught, 84), Trumble (not out, 52) made the be*t bcores for the visitors. Tune did not permit the gain* being played out, and the match wab declared drawn.
