TE AROHA. [FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Te Aroha, Wednesday.

The first sitting of the R.M. Court since the death of Mr Kenrick was held yesterday, Mr Northcroft presiding. There was only one case heard, Brett and Co. v. H. T. Howe, claim £3 los for advertising. Defendant did not appear, and judgment was given for the amount claimed, with costs 6s. The next sitting of the court will be held on Tuesday, the 31st inst. The sale-yards erected some three years ago by Messrs Banks and Co. at Stoney Creek, midway between this township and Waiorongomai, are now being dismantled. Messrs Alfred Buckland and Co., having purchased the material, are now removing it to Waitoa and Morrinsville for the purpose of adding to their yards at these places. ______________
