Hicks-Beach, Chief Secretary for Ireland, reported that the state of that country wtf« reassuring. The Cabinet decided that Parliament ba prorogued" as soon as supply hah been obtained. A committee of the Cabinet was appointed to consider the position of affairs in Ireland.
