rpOWNSHIP OF KIHIKIHI. The Public Works Act, 1882, and the Amendments Thereof. Removal of Gorze. It is hereby Publicly Notified that upon information laid a SUMMONS has this day been issued in the Resident Magistrate's Court, Te Awamutu, AGAINST JOHN ROSS, Owner of Allotment No. 304, Town of Kihikihi, in respect of a breach committed by him of the Public Works Act, 1882, Amendment Act, 1884, Section 15 ; and of the Public Works Act, 1882, Amendment Act, 1885, Section IS. The summons is returnable at the Resident Magistrate's Court at Te Awamutu aforesaid, on THURSDAY, the 12th day of August, 18S6, at the hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon. The said John Ross is hereby required to produce to the said Court at the hearing of such summons the Order to Remove Gorze, &c, which was served on the said allotment.
