Received July 28rd, 1.15. London, July 23. The Crawford Dilke Divorce suit, Cap. Foster in giving evidence admitted that he had committed adultery with the respondent Mrs Crawford. The evidence on both sides is now closed. During the address today by counsel for petition Sir Charles Dilke three times interuped and protested eßergetecially against statement* made by counsol as to his (Sir Charles) alleged adultery.
