[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Kihikihi, Friday. Thursday. N Mattngatautari No. 3 a restriction was kept intact. In the Waotu North No. 2h, three sub-divisions were made in favour of Ponewahio, Hakaria, Arekatera, and Tetihuia Nepia, witli Hare Tnwhakahewa. Maungutauturi, No. 4, of 3144 acres was sub-divided into two sections of 2000 anil 1144 acres respectively, in favour of Hororiri and 53 others. Matm^atautari, No. 41 was continued. Mr Fraser gave evidence to show he wax employed ai agent for the tribe who had had several meetings, and that all had agreed to cut off a portion of 2400 acres for expenses. Hotti Tamehana now obstructed and had acted in a double-faced manner. Succession orders were granted to tb« five children of Te Puia Karapa deceased for interests in the Mauneatautari No 4 C. Friday. MaungftUutari No 4 H. was concluded and eight subdivisions were agreed to. The court closes to-morrow and will reopen at Otorohansra on the 28th inst. Over 26,000 acres, principally Maungatautari land have been submitted during this session.
