Thursday, Bth. Takiura Papanui appeared on behalf of the Taupo natives, delegated by the native committee, to watch their interests in the great blocks. He asked that the bearing of those blocks be at Kilnkihi. One Btib-divisori case was disposed of. On the application of Hote. This was a sub-divisim of 1000 acres mado by the Cambridge court as an award to the family of Waharoa. No. Id, and in To Waotu south, B No. 1. and C No. !), P.irateno te One to be trustee. Mr Mackay applied for the heating of the Puahue and Pukekura blocks, but was opposed by Mr Allan McDonald on the grounds of the difficulties affecting the titles. The Court stated those blocks would not be taken without notice being first given. Hauaiira, Pinpi Whanat.mg.l and others applied foi an adjournment of the C >urt, as the natives wibhed to have a korero about the place whjre the gre .t blocks .should be heard. After a long argument,, in which several natives took put, the Court adjourned to Saturday morning.

Nothing definite was agreed upou, some being in favour of both places, and others for withdrawing them altogether. The Assessor, Accompanied by Mr D. Stubbing, suiveyor, went over the MJanngntautari No. 4 A. to-day, to see the land and enable the court to decide on the sub-division applied for.
