So->tt (bowled, 47) and Garratt (caught, 22) wure the other principil scorers to-day. Barlow was the nmst successful b«»wler for the Englishman, j-ecurinp seven wickets for 40 runs. The Homo team, who required 10'J to win, went in for their second innings, and on the fall of the .sixth wicket had put together 107 runs. The principal scorPM were : Scotton, bowled, 20 ; Barlow, caupfht, 30 ; Steel, not out, 19. The scores are as follows :—Australian Eleven : Fii>t innings, 205 ; second innings, 123; total, 325. All-England Eleven : First innings, 223 ; second iuningfl, 107 for six wickets ; total, 330.
