The latest election returns bhow 148 Conservatives, 26 Unionists, 54 Gladstonites, 27 Parnt'llite*. The following have been re-elected :-— Robt. Bonike, Conwervative, King's Lynn ; Lionel Cohen, Conservative, Paddington, North ; Peter ftyland, Liberal, Burnby ; Thos. Rae, Sir W. Vernon Harcourt, Liberals, Derby ; John Clancy, Sir Thos. Esmonde, Nationalists, Dublin. The following placftß held in last Parliament by Liberals have been seemed by Conservatives : — South Salford, East IMnningham, and South Nottingham. The supportera of Mr Gladstone have defeated the Conservatives for Liverpool. Mr Bright (nic) has been elected for Manchester, South West Division, in placo of Lord

Frederick Hamilton, Conservative. Mr gujnvitnn, Liberal, htw curried jthe Con- ' Hervativu sent of the Northern Division- of, ' Manchester.
