The morning was occupied in calling the new claims for hearing, and a great number were dismissed as referring to lands within the confiscated boundaries, or which were included in blocks that had been passed already by former courts.
[by telegraph.— own coruksponpent.] Kihikihi, Friday. This afternoon the Land Court settled one small sub-division in Whaiti-Kimumi, and one succession claim. The coHrt then adjourned till Monday next.
