. In the Council, Mr Buckley, replying to Mr i B.ithpfato said the Uovornment did not mii tend to repeal the Contageous Diseases ; Act. The Defonce Bill was read a third time and pa.vued. Mr Buckley intimated that Mr Reynolds would be Mvorn in as a member of the Government on' Thursday.
