That our property situated within the said County in respect of which we are rated amounts' in the aggregate to not less tHan half the lateable property within the said Road District. That we wish the Road Board of the caid Road District to 7 be dis solved and the said District to be merged in the said country. Your petitioners therefore pray that you will be pleased by SPECIAL ORDER to declare the Road board of the Mangapiko Road Distiict to be dissolved and the said Road District merged in the said County of Waipa.
