R.M. COURT, TE AWAMUTU. Thuesday.— (Before the Resident Magistrate.] AFFILIATION CASE.
Emily Winter v. Robert Murdoch.— Mr Greoham for complaint. The evidence of complainant was corroborated by that of William Bearsley, and the defendant Robt.' Murdock was adjudged the father of complainant's illegiteinate child. The Resident Magistrate made an order on the defendant to jmy 7s a week with costs amounting in the whole to £0 13s. A,, .warrant has been issued for the apprehension of the defendant who has absconded.
