In the Hou»o of Commons last night, a motion was adopted agieeing to set upart four d.iy< per week for tho discussion of the Government proposals for securing autonomy for It eland. Mr Gladstone, in speaking to the motion, expressed hU belief that the debate would occupy the most of next week. Mr Labouchere suggested that the House should assent to the second reading of the Bill, in order to affirm the principle of autonomy, on condition th:it the Government then pronged to withdraw" the Bill in its present formr ' The Marquis of Hartington, in addressing a public meeting last night at Bradford, Yorkshire, denied that he had in any way relaxed his hostility to the Home Rule Bill.
