Chkistchuhch, Thursday. Mr R. M. Taylor has been elected M.H.R. of Sydenham. The number polled were :— R. M. Taylor 443 J. L. Scott 421 S. P. Andrews 233 S. G. Jolly 2 Mr Taylor has not avowed himself a supporter of any party, but has said he will support the Government in securing the construction of the Wpsfc Cni*t Railway.
