R.M. COURT, CAMBRIDGE. Tuesday.— (Before A. Clements, Esq., J.P.)
Au-RK!) Dkutt (10), and Louis Dean (0), were charged with feloniously entering the promises of Mr H. W. Djer, solicitor, on tho evening of Sunday lust, and stealing therefrom ceitain properties. Constable Brennan stated that since the information was laid he had found a quantity of other stolen goods in the possession of Devitt, and asked for a leinand till the following morning. The boy Dean was quite innocent of any part in the robbery, and ho asked the bench to discharge him. Doan was discharged accordingly, and the prisoner Jftp»\tt was remanded. The father of the O, who was present, asked that his ion be taken out on bail, which was allowed on his own recognisance in the sum of £10.
Wednesday.— (Before A. Clement", Esq., J.P.) THE YOUTHFUL BURGLAR. Alfred Devitt, on remand. Constable Brennan said that in consequence of being unable to obtain another Justine he would ask for a further remand to Friday next. Remanded accordingly, bail being allowed in the sum of £20.
