The claim was for £21)48, amount alleged to be due on the contract for the supply of telegraph poles, etc., from Taupo to Cambridge. £1137 was paid into court in satisfaction. It wa« decided to refer the case to arbitration, and the cane was adjourned till next nes«ion.
