Sir Andrew Clarko adds that Sir Dillon Bull, Agent-drcnoml for, New Zealand, hat refused tp co-opeiUtc further with him, consequent on the l.ite-t instructions received from the Government of New Zealand. The Premier of Victoria is in consoqnenee communicating with Air Stout on ithe subject.
