Wednesday. Adklinh.—The low level tunnel it now in 120 feet. Stuping is in course of progress in the winze from the intermediate to the low levels. About 45 tons of first-class dirt arc to hand. Rose.—Still sinking on No. 2 reef. The winzo w down about 33 feet. Sumo.—The roef hds not yet been met with. The level is in about 40 fctt Sib Walter Scott.— Me Williams and party, tributers, are getting Homo very! fair stuff that by appearance should be worth about 2U>zs to the ton. Tregowith and party are also doing well. Dubbo.—About ten tons of very good grade quartz has been paddocked. The new battery and Mucky pan works are being quickly got on with. Mr Riely will fttart tho psm &c. as soon as the Pelton wheel is fixed, not e\en waiting for the buildings, but working in the open air. Over 180 chains of water-race fluming will be required.
