Sydney. April 21. The Australian Dcfinco Conference resumed its sittings this evening. Nothing has been allowed to transpire regarding the business transacted. A conference on the question of joint Australian defences has commenced its sittings, ihe following were the representatives present . — Sir Patrick Jennings, Premier of New South Wales; Mr Gillies, Premier of Victoria ; Mr Griffiths, Premier of Queensland ; and Admiral Tryon, for the Imperial Government.
