Thoiisday,—(Before Mesers T. Wells and E. J. Roche, Reviewers.) Rangiaohia District.—G. Makinder, 100 acres, Orakau, valued at £GOO. After hearing the evidence the valuation was reduced to £550.—James Henderson, 200 acres, Kihikihi; assessed at £1050. Mr Henderson stated that the value agreed to wm £1000, but to his surprise, when he got notice from Wellington, it was raised to £1100, but was subsequently reduced to £1050. He still objected, for £5 an acre was full value for it.. He originally had 400 acres, but sold half at £5 an acre, the half sold was more valuable land than the half retained by him. Valuation reduced to £1000.—Robert Alexander, 30£ acres £180. No appearance. Valuation sustained.—William Alexander, 50 acreg; £300. No appearance. Valuation sustained. Richard Bell, 204 acres; valued at £1122. Valuation reduced to £1020. — Robert Coekerline, 232 acres, 2 roods. Reduced from £1100 to £1040.— Robert Cunningham, 203 acres. Appealed against on the ground of a wrong statement of average, Reduced by agreement to the amount stated and £1100.— Albert John Francis, BO7iacres; £1270. Reduced to £1010.—Andrew Ross, 250 acres; £1550. Valuation sustained.
