A MAN named Harry Fen wick, while driting from Kuiapoi to Maori B.iy last night, was> up^et in a ditch, the cart falling on top of him and breaking his leg. He was unable to extricate himself, and lay in the ditch exposed to heavy rain from six o'clock last night to 8 o'clock thin morning, when some Maoris found him. He was removed to the hospital, where he lies in a dangerous condition.
