FIRE AT CAMBRIDGE.
A foi'R-roomko cottage in Princen-street, Cambridge, wus burned to the ground oh Thursday evening at about six o'clock. It was tho property of Mr R. -MrtrAe, who lived in it with his family, and tho cause of the accident is fltated to be, that Home clothes, airing before the kitchen tire, hud fallen in and created a blaze, the flames of which hnd communicated with the woodwork, and had very rapidly ityread beyond control. The insurance in said to be £100 in the New Zealand Insurance Office. Scarcely anything was saved from the buining building.
