The business set down for hearing was very light, there being only the two following civil oases on the cause list. J. S.'Buckl\nd v. J. Bell.— Claim, £7 2s. Mr I)yer for plaintiff. £5 had been already paid on account, and judgment was given for the balance, £2 2s, with costs, £1 Ba. G. Hamlin v. P. McKeuiney.— Claim, £7 10. Judgment for plaintiff with costs 17s.
