THE EASTERN QUESTION.
Constantinople, March 3. The negotiations which have been proceeding at Bucharest have at length ended in the signature of a treaty of peace between Bulgaria and Servia. The treaty consists only of a single article, simply declaring a restoration of peace between the two countries. A conference composed of ambassadors of the various powers represented here will be held shortly. Its deliberations will be restricted to the consideration of the Roumelian
question. March 4. Following upon the signature of the treaty of peace with Bulgaria, the Servian Government are taking steps for the prompt demobilisation of the army.
