THE IRISH POLICY. London, March 3.

In the House of Commons last night, the Right Hon. H. Holmes, member for Dublin University, gave notice of motion to the effect that the House is unwilling to vote the money required for the carrying on of the civil government in Ireland until informed of the policy of Her Majesty's Government with regard to the maintenance of social order in Ireland.
