The bteaniei took down a laige contingent from Ngarnawaliia and other places. The Ngaruawahia Band was on the ground, and gieatly enlivened the pioceedmgs. Theie was no hitch, and only one unpleasant incident. In the Hurdle Race P. O'G lady's Argyll crossed Chanticleer, and was disqualified.
