THE FRENCH MINISTRY. Paris, December 29.
M. Brisson, the French Premier, persists in tendering his resignation, giving as his reason the persistent hostility evinced by the Chamber of Deputies to the Ministry. The President of the Republic, however, refuses to accept M. Brisson's resignation.
